About us

Sharpen skills is a management improvement consultancy firm specializing in delivery of trainings that target the enhancement of human resource capacity. Throughout our great history, We have offered access to a wide range of academic opportunities. Which include but not limited to; languages classes, business courses and professional courses. As a leader in short courses, sharpen skills has pioneered change in the sector. We have also demonstrated strong leadership and shown innovative solutions in the skills and workforce development among the private sector practitioners within Rwanda and individuals who attended our courses.


The training institution was incorporated on 18/06/2013 with the aim of improving skills and knowledge that bridge the gap between the job needs and the skilled workforce. The institution brings together a pool of professionals and experts with various sets of skills and experience to cover the gaps in skills, competencies and behaviors of our clients.
